Classically trained in trumpet and piano, Matt Wax has played music and performed live for his entire life. Submerged into Boulder and Denver, Colorado’s tightly knit and exploding underground electronic music scene in the early 2000’s, he fell into a new format to apply his musical focus. When not performing as a resident and booking artists on Beat Lab Radio (one of the only Bass Music radio shows still broadcasting on FM in addition to digital formats on the West Coast) and producing live shows for both international artists and his friends, he focuses on creating highly harmonic vibes in his sets and fills clubs and festivals with exclusive, high energy mash ups and bass heavy mixes.
