ABOUT WHAT THE FESTIVAL
What The Festival is an annual three-day interactive music and arts festival held 90 miles east of Portland, taking place during summer solstice. The festival provides the perfect getaway from the daily grind by offering attendees a full-sensory experience on a breathtaking 250-acre Oregon ranch, surrounded by the Mt. Hood National Forest and full, unobstructed views of Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams.

FESTIVAL DATES:
Thursday, June 16th *EARLY ENTRY ONLY* â Gates will open to OMG patrons, Boutique Campers, Volunteers, or anyone who has purchased Early Entry for $50, starting at 3:00 P.M.
Friday, June 17th â Gates will open to ALL GENERAL ADMISSION patrons.
Remember, the music and arts schedule continues through Sunday night, so plan to stick around! Youâll have until Noon on Monday, June 20th to pack up your things after the event.

ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?
The entire event, including all General Admission, is 18+. Please make other arrangements for your children, sorry.

PACK IT IN/PACK IT OUT
This is a leave no trace event. Our event staff will provide each vehicle with one trash bag upon arrival to the festival as a courtesy in case you forgot to bring one! Please respect the land and pack out everything you pack in.

CAN I BRING ALCOHOL?
You may bring a *modest amount of personal alcohol into your camping area. Please be smart and responsible. If at any time you are attempting to leave the site, be prepared for a sobriety check!
*modest is described as one (1) case of canned beer and one (1) plastic bottle of alcohol PER 21+ PERSON.
We will be enforcing a strict no glass policy, as well as a no open container policy (outside camping areas) so please be respectful of these rules.

ARE THERE SHOWERS?
Yes! Amazing showers and other wellness services provided by The OASIS. There will be a fee for showers.

WILL DRINKING WATER BE PROVIDED? HOW ABOUT ICE?
Yes! Drinking water will be available for free and ice will be for sale.

CAN I BRING MY OWN SOUND SYSTEM?
No renegade sound! You may not bring your own PA or large sound system. Small portable radios or battery-powered speakers are okay, but please be respectful of your neighbors.

CAN I BRING MY BICYCLE?
Sorry, no bikes allowed.

CAN I BRING A DRONE?
Sorry, we do not allow drones.

CAN I BRING MY OWN CAMP STOVE OR BARBEQUE?
Camping stoves are allowed only in designated Community Kitchens. Wolf Run Ranch is located in a fire prone region of eastern Oregon.
Anyone who wishes to prepare cooked meals onsite can utilize the designated âcommunity kitchenâ in the camping areas and we ask patrons to use EXTREME caution when operating the provided grills. All fires start small so please do your part to help us prevent open fire!
Keep in mind that the event offers a wide variety of food & beverage vendors, making it more convenient for you to relax and enjoy yourself!

WILL THERE BE VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, MEAT, ETC FOOD OPTIONS?
Yes! Our food vendors span the entire gamut and will be offering a wide variety of delicious, healthy meal options.

CAN I SMOKE CIGARETTES ONSITE?
Yes, but smoking is only permitted on site in designated areas due to high fire danger and this policy is strictly enforced.

PERSONAL HEALTH & SAFETY
While we can throw the party for you, we canât keep you healthy, thatâs up to you! Please drink plenty of WATER. If you plan on consuming alcohol please do so in a responsible way. Please be prepared for darkness and bring a flashlight / batteries with you on the grounds. It can be very hot and bright during daylight hours we ask that you and your campmates wear plenty of sunscreen to avoid any discomfort. Similarly, it can be cold in the evenings, so be sure to pack appropriately. For your sake, please take note of medical and security locations on our site. If you are experiencing an emergency, please remain calm and locate any event staff or radioed personnel as soon as possible.
