6/16 Thursday 10AM – 12PM

**All product, equipment or activation materials must be on site before Thursday 12pm**

For directions to the festival, please refer to this link.

Upon arrival during sponsor load-in hours, you will:

  1. Arrive at the Artist/Staff Check in – box office and show them your ID. Remember: if you have multiple tickets under your name, you MUST be present to redeem them.
  2. Once your credentials have been checked, Jordan will be radioed to meet you near the entrance to Boutique Camping.
  3. Once you arrive at Boutique Camping, Jordan will assist you with loading into your camping spot. Depending on your contracts, tents and mattresses may be set up in advance. Otherwise you will have camping spots reserved for you. There will be carts to help move your things.
  4. Once all your camping gear is unloaded, we can assist in unloading all hospitality product or activation equipment you brought with you into our reefer trailer.

If someone from your team is unable to make it during the sponsor load-in times, please make sure they arrive during regular Box Office Hours detailed below. Loading in directly to Boutique is only possible during sponsor load in times. Anyone arriving after this will be parked and can contact Jordan to assist shuttling gear if necessary.
