PURCHASING A TICKET / WHAT TO EXPECT:
Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of What The Festival. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your order confirmation email. Make sure to print them out and bring them to the event. Or go green and download the Eventbrite app on your smart phone! IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, click here to access the Eventbrite help center. WHAT IF I BUY A TICKET FROM A 3RD PARTY?
What The Festival does not guarantee any tickets purchased on Craigslist or any other 3rd party. We strongly encourage all sales to go directly through Eventbrite. If you bought or are selling a ticket via a 3rd party site, we will not guarantee them or issue any refunds should there be a problem with the Print-At-Home Ticket. Please make all purchases directly from us via the Eventbrite site (Please keep in mind that even if a ticket has an Eventbrite logo on it, that it could be fraudulent unless it is purchased directly from their site). Also be aware that fraud can exist when selling to an unsuspecting 3rd party.

CAN A FRIEND USE MY PRINT-AT-HOME TICKET, EVEN IF IT HAS MY NAME?
Yes, you are able to give your print at home tickets to a friend without changing the name on the actual ticket, but we highly encourage that you update the name. If you would like to change the name on the ticket, you can log into your Eventbrite account and change the name. For a helpful video on how this works please visit this link.
We STRONGLY encourage buying all tickets through Eventbrite and not a third party such as Craigslist as we will not guarantee any sales from a third party.

I SELECTED A PRINT AT HOME TICKET, BUT I DONT HAVE A PRINTER, HOW DO I GET MY TICKET?
To ensure a speedy entry into the festival we appreciate all patrons making arrangements to either print their ticket before coming to the What The Festival Box Office, or go green and download the Eventbrite app on your smart phone so our Box Office staff can scan your ticket there!

I BOUGHT A TICKET AND NOW CANNOT ATTEND. CAN I GET A REFUND OR CHANGE THE NAME OF MY PASS?
All sales are final (please review our Policies page). If you need to sell your pass, please do so independently and here is information on how to change the name on your ticket.

NO, we will only be selling full weekend festival passes.

WHAT IF I BUY A GENERAL ADMISSION FESTIVAL PASS BUT WANT TO UPGRADE TO OMG EXPERIENCE LATER?
No problem! While supplies last we have an OMG Upgrade option that you can pair with your General Admission ticket to earn OMG status. You can check out that option on our Tickets Page.

I PURCHASED AN OMG TICKET, BUT THE DATES LISTED ON THE TICKET SAY JUNE 17TH – JUNE 20TH. AM I ALLOWED EARLY ENTRY ON THURSDAY, JUNE 16TH?
YES! Anyone who purchased an OMG ticket, OMG upgrade, or Early-Entry (Add On) Pass, will be granted access into the festival on Thursday, June 16th 2016, starting at 3:00PM. The information on your ticket has our general festival dates, which are printed on every ticket and unfortunately the ticketing platform we use does not have a system currently in place to add information on just the OMG and Early Entry passes
