Polarity is a 10 foot high interactive multi-media sculpture + chandelier. Polarity is a dark steel cloud mounted on top of a large polished stainless steel lighting bolt mounted on a pedestal surrounded by a cluster of glowing painted internally lighted glowing cells, the pedestal has speakers mounted in it, built into the pedestal are buttons and knobs where people play the lighting and sounds of polarity. There are speakers built into the pedestal. The consciousness chandelier hangs over or near Polarity.
About the Creator
I thrive on constantly breaking down perceived limitations to expand my artistic capabilities. The techniques used to integrate glass and metal in my illuminated sculpture work unites fragile and solid. It is inspired alchemy through which I uniquely express the ritual aspects of fire.
