Instructor Bio
Hi friends! I might just be your new fancy footwork teacher so here’s a little bit about me. I started breaking over 15 years ago and founded Moon Patrol Crew in Portland, OR with my best friend Kevin Fisk. We are now 4 generations strong, recognized globally and still remain students to our craft. I discovered house dance 4 years ago. It has opened up new pathways of movement for me and very much been my therapy. My philosophy with dance has shifted from the “battle” focused narrative of breaking to the more open exchange vibes of house. It fills me with gratitude that at 33, my job is still to share the gift of dance with others. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I hope we can jam out together soon.
