Press Advance

Congratulations! You’ve been approved to attend What The Festival on a press comp ticket. Please be sure to carefully read through the important information in this page so you can be best prepared for your arrival.

• The name advanced in your press application will be listed at Will Call upon arrival to the box office.

• Please have your ID ready to show at the box office and the name will need to match the name advanced in your application (tickets are non-transferrable).
• Your ticket includes early entry on Thursday, June 16th 2016, starting at 3:00PM.

• You ticket does not include parking, so please be sure to purchase your parking in advance.  If you are planning to arrive with 3 or more people in your vehicle (those people would need to have their own tickets), you can pre-purchase a carpool parking voucher for $10. If you will be arriving with less than 3 in your vehicle, you will need to pre-purchased a general parking pass for $60.

• Your Press wristband will allow you access into the Press Tent and any Photo Pits. Backstage access is NOT included. Any specific access needs for photos or interviews will need to be advanced with press@whatthefestival.com.

• Press Tent Hours: 9AM – 5PM Daily

• Your ticket includes walk-in camping. Please come prepared with your camping gear. You can check out our What The Festival Planning Guide if you’d like some tips on what to pack to help prepare for a great weekend!

• The Press Tent will have Wifi Access

• We will have lockers to lock your equipment during press tent hours each day if needed, but you will need to be responsible to bring your own lock.
