We have a first class catering booth, trailer and barbecue with a show-stopping appearance as the smoke billows off of the iron barbecue and chef Big Al Bates whoops up his choice beef steaks and pork shoulders and interacts with the guests. We have been featured on several of our local Eugene news stations whipping up sandwiches for the morning crew on air and doing spots at festivals as camera crews roll thru. We were featured on the “Cooking Channels” Carnival Eats.

Dee’s Dillas offers super fresh, overstuffed burritos, quesadillas and tacos using free range and grass fed meats, plus breakfast and drinks. We make all of our addictive sauces and salsas from scratch, using local and organic ingredients whenever possible. And, we’ve got vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free covered!

Dump City Dumplings is a Chinese style steamed bun dumpling cart. Winner of “Best Food Cart” for Bend, Oregon in 2013 and 2014. We offer a number of different dumplings including Chinese Style pork, Pad-Thai and 4 Cheese Pizza. We will be open 24 hours a day and all food is ready to go at just 3$ a piece!
Fifty Licks has been making dope-ass ice cream by hand from scratch since 2009. We strive for perfection, starting with texture. From there we aim for perfect flavor, be it a classic (like our Chocolate as #@!*) or something imaginative (like Thai Rice, Toasted Milk, or Coconut Lemon Saffron). The finished product is addictively rich, with a perfectly smooth texture.
