Megan Antosik is a native Californian who completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences from California State University, Chico. Megan moved to Portland, Oregon to complete her accredited Dietetic Internship and Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Dietetics at Oregon Health and Sciences University. Megan works as a registered dietitian (RD) at a Level 1 Trauma Hospital in Portland.
She focuses on health and wellness for critically ill patients while also working to simplify healthy eating and nutrition for doctors, nurses and other employees at the hospital. Megan specializes in wholesome nutrition that focuses on nourishing vegetables, lean protein, hearty grains, and healthy fats. It is Megan’s mission to dispel fad dieting and promote evidenced-based interventions to provide an unique and individualized approach to food and nutrition. As the old saying goes, “Let thy food be thy medicine” – Hippocrates.
