Rachael Belling is a dreamer who believes that everyone has a purpose; hers being movement and the wellness of mind, body, and soul. She is constantly looking for new ways to learn and share this passion with others. Her love for movement started with dance when she was a tiny tot and has continued to grow and change through the years. She currently dances with two Portland based companies, 11:Dance Co and A-Wol Aerial Dance Collective. Rachael has trained in ballet, contemporary, hip hop, break dance, aerial, tumbling, Pilates, Barre, and functional fitness. As a teacher she strives to create a connection and inspire her students in every class.
